Custom Design

​​​​​Millwork refers to any building material or decorative product made from raw lumber in a sawmill or woodworking shop. It primarily encompasses non-structural, custom-fitted woodwork that adds aesthetic or functional detail to a space. 

Common Examples

• Trim and Molding: Crown molding, baseboards, chair rails, and wainscoting.

• Doors and Windows: Interior doors, window casings, and frames.

• Architectural Features: Stair parts (balusters, handrails), mantels, and wall paneling.

• Custom Furniture: Built-in bookshelves, custom cabinetry, and countertops

Paint Grade

• Paint Grade millwork is offered in both finger-joint primed and medium density fiberboard (MDF). Finger-joint primed is pre-primed pine, while MDF is a composite material composed of recycled wood fibers and resin. MDF is machine dried and pressed to create a dense and consistent board. Also available is MDF that is formaldehyde free.

Stain Grade

• Stain Grade is stocked in various millwork like Fir, Pine, Hemlock, and Knotty Alder. If your project requires other wood varieties you can always request the other species. Of course special orders are available by request.

Photo finish doors feature a simulated wood grain printed or adhered to the door's surface. This finish is designed to portray the aesthetic beauty and warmth of a natural wood door while offering superior durability, moisture resistance, and cost-efficiency compared to traditional solid wood.​
